The Miami Music Civic Association was founded in 1932 with Charles H. Crandon as its first president. For many years, Civic was the only arts organization in Miami dedicated to presenting the great preforming artists of the time. We are proud to continue this tradition, and we are grateful to Charles Crandon and the early members of Civic for helping establish the vibrant cultural arts community that we have today in Miami-Dade County.
